BUD SNOW

Bud Snow is a multidisciplinary artist, muralist, and sculptor whose bold, large-scale works
transform public space into vibrant, elevated experiences.

Her murals span Canada, Mexico, Sweden, and the United States, and she has shown in
galleries internationally. Raised by eccentric artist parents and shaped by the subcultures of
skateboarding and graffiti, Snow developed a fearless approach to creative expression.
With over two decades of experience, her work includes murals, sculpture, and public
installations in private, civic, and gallery programs. Combining bold color, symbolism, and
storytelling, Snow’s art invites connection, dialogue, and wonder - and with subversive
undertones, her work is at once Jovial, Political, and Spiritual.

Through community engagement and an innovative approach, Snow’s work pushes the
boundaries of public art: with her visual language being coined (and in the ouvre of) Post
Vandalism, Psychedelic Narrative Folk, and Pop Street Art. She uses this language as a tool for
sparking thought, contemplation, empowerment and transformation.

Her work has been collected by The Berkeley Art Museum, The Sonoma County Museum,
Sonoma State University, actress Susan Sarandon, Artist Michele Pred, Sonic Internet, and
bands Tune Yards, U.S Girls, and The Growlers. She was named one of the top 10 female
artists to watch out for by Playboy Magazine, and she has done graphics for Boots Riley’s
feature film, Sorry To Bother You.
She is currently an artist in residence at The Midway and San Francisco Gallery with a solo
show approaching November 2025
